Quarterly Client Survey

Every quarter, we reach out to all client contacts to gather insights on the quality and delivery of our programmes. This includes feedback on our mystery shopping, auditing, training, consultancy, and CX Lab insights - ensuring these services continue to align with client objectives and provide real, measurable value.

We’re thrilled to report an outstanding 94% overall satisfaction score from our Q1 2025 client feedback survey - our second-highest result to date, just behind the record 95.5% achieved last quarter!

Even more impressively, every single client gave us a 9 or 10 in response to the key ‘Recommender’ question, resulting in a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 100.
