This year’s Performance in People (PiP) Christmas Party was nothing short of magical. With the theme Enchanted Forest x Winter Wonderland, our team swapped the office for twinkling lights, frosted décor, and festive fun at the brilliant Isle of Wight Cocktail Coin Ryde.
From the moment we stepped through the door, the venue was transformed into a sparkling woodland escape that made a perfect setting for photos, laughter, and maybe even a few questionable dance moves.

🎭 Best Dressed: Congratulations, Emma!
As always, our team took the theme very seriously. Fairy wings, winter sparkle, forest greens - you name it, we saw it. But there could only be one winner! Huge congratulations to Emma, who took home the crown for Best Dressed. The commitment did not go unnoticed!

🍸 Drinks, Music & Plenty of Pizza
With a free bar flowing all evening and great music keeping everyone in high spirits, the atmosphere was buzzing. And of course, no party is complete without delicious food - thanks to Rollin’ Pizza’s for serving up hot, fresh slices that kept everyone fuelled for the night ahead.

🎯 Games & Competition: Elysia Takes the Win
One of the highlights of the evening was our lively set of games - competitive, hilarious, and very on-brand for Performance in People. After plenty of laughs, Elysia emerged as the winner, taking home a fantastic £80 supermarket voucher just in time for Christmas.

🎁 The Big Raffle
To top off the night, we held a random raffle, giving everyone else a chance to win some brilliant prizes. Luck was on the side of several members of the team, with prizes including:
- A Robot Vacuum
- Sony Wireless Headphones
- An Amazon Echo Show
- A £75 Restaurant Voucher
A huge congratulations to all the lucky winners!

A Magical Night to End a Fantastic Year
Our Enchanted Forest x Winter Wonderland celebration was the perfect way to wrap up 2025. Thank you to everyone who joined, dressed up, had fun, and helped make the evening memorable. Here’s to an even brighter and more exciting year ahead with Performance in People - roll on 2026!
