Today we are celebrating with Lloyd Rae who has completed an amazing 10 years’ service at Performance in People (PiP).
For all long serving members of staff, PiP like to show their appreciation and give a gift to say ‘thank you’ for their hard work and loyalty to the company. PiP presented Lloyd with a prestigious engraved trophy, a bottle of champagne and a £50 voucher of his choice.
Lloyd joined PiP on 18th June 2012 and began his time as an Operations Coordinator successfully running large scale automotive aftersales mystery shop programmes. Since starting Lloyd has progressed throughout the business with different roles that include Programmes Manager, Account Director and now as his current role as Sales Director. Lloyd has responsibility for a team of Account Directors, Insight specialists, Training department, business development and marketing.
