At Performance in People (PiP), we take immense pride in the commitment, passion, and loyalty shown by our Head Office team on the Isle of Wight. That’s why we’re thrilled to celebrate four more incredible individuals who have reached an amazing milestone of 10 years of service!
A huge congratulations to Jasmina, Megan, Lucy and Joe, who have now officially joined our 10-Year Service Club! Their dedication and contributions have played a big part in shaping who we are today, and it’s only right that we take a moment to recognise their journey.
At PiP, we love to show our appreciation to those who have dedicated a decade to the business. To mark this achievement, each team member is presented with a prestigious engraved trophy and a £50 voucher of their choice - a small token of thanks for their incredible loyalty and hard work.
Meet the Newest Members of the 10-Year Club:
Jasmina
“Over the past decade (I’m not even sure how it’s been that long!), I have experienced tremendous professional and personal growth. My journey has been marked by continuous learning, evolving responsibilities from a Coordinator to a Supervisor within the Allocations Team. I’ve been lucky to have worked with some great people along the way."
Megan
“I started in October 2014 as a part of VMS Tash and 3 years later worked in VMS Kim. 4 years ago, I joined the team downstairs in TMS.
PIP has been such a warm, friendly company to work for these last 10 years, who really value their staff and strive to make the work environment a fun one to be a part of. I’ve made so many friends and memories and continue to learn new things even after being here a decade!”
Joe
“I started at PiP in 2015 as a QC in the Video Mystery Shop team, then became Programme Co-Ordinator in 2019, and am currently providing Maternity Cover as the Head of CX Lab.
I’ve loved my time spent at PiP, experiencing different roles in different teams has given me lots of transferrable skills, and I’ve gained a lot of confidence in my ability over the past 10 years. There were certain scenarios that I used to find quite nerve-wracking, such as speaking in a room of people, or the thought of attending a client meeting, but the roles I’ve taken on have required me to push myself out of my comfort zone and in turn, have helped me develop.
It's also been a really fun place to work with lots of memorable events and days out. I’ve met some of my closest mates here and developed some really nice connections with my colleagues.”
Lucy
Lucy joined PiP in 2014 as a Video Mystery Shop Quality Controller and quickly progressed to a Programme Co-ordinator. Lucy is now a Team Leader of one of our Video Mystery Shopping teams at PiP, responsible for ensuring her team delivers a successful programme that meets client requirements, achieves deadlines, and maintains the highest quality of work.
With each milestone, we’re reminded of the vibrant culture and strong sense of community that make PiP such a special place to work. Having so many team members reach (and surpass!) a decade with us is something we never take for granted.
Here's to Jasmina, Megan, Lucy and Joe - thank you for being such an important part of the PiP family. We can’t wait to see what the next chapter brings!
