PiP are conducting telephone mystery shopping calls for JCB, utilising our team of field-based assessors from around the UK (ensuring credibility with local accents and area knowledge). Our field-based telephone mystery shop assessors are making call enquiries in relation to the JCB agriculture and construction products and services.
The telephone mystery shopper calls are then quality controlled at PiP HQ before being made available to the JCB teams for onward review, training and coaching to further improve the customer service delivery.
"I was very impressed by the quality of the mystery shoppers all the way through our development process and this results in over 98% accuracy of the first wave results having sampled 50% of the shop scores, great work - real sleep at night quality for the first wave as well!"

The story of JCB
The story of JCB is one of innovation, ambition and sheer hard work. From small beginnings building agricultural tipping trailers in 1945, to the global force in manufacturing the company has become today, JCB has constantly pushed the boundaries in their desire to be the best. Company founder Joseph Cyril Bamford’s motto was, “Jamais content”, and that is exactly right – we are never content with our achievements. But even he would be amazed by what the company has become. Today, JCB has 22 plants on four continents and more than 750 dealers around the world.
