Performance in People (PiP) has developed a brand-new training programme which is designed specifically for the automotive industry to provide all relevant dealership staff with an understanding of the Behavioural Measurement Score® (BMS®) whilst providing guidance on how to improve dealer performance.



Module 1: BMS® Training

All relevant customer facing dealership staff will understand BMS® and how to deliver the highest levels of behavioural performance.


Module 2: New Code Continue & Begin® Coaching

Managers will learn key skills to help them effectively coach and develop their teams for improved behavioural and process performance.


Module 3: Bespoke BMS® analysis

You will analyse your dealerships’ historic mystery shopping performance integrating real data as part of the workshop.

PiP master trainer will deliver your workshop

No requirement to leave the dealership

Training workshops will be delivered directly to staff at the dealership. This removes barriers often associated with training such as the need to source additional staff and overhead costs.
