PiPs fast & effective approach to supporting staff directly at the dealership

Thursday 28th November 2019

Performance in People (PiP) has developed a brand-new training programme which is designed specifically for the automotive industry to provide all relevant dealership staff with an understanding of the Behavioural Measurement Score® (BMS®) whilst providing guidance on how to improve dealer performance.

WORKSHOP STRUCTURE

Module 1: BMS® Training

All relevant customer facing dealership staff will understand BMS® and how to deliver the highest levels of behavioural performance.

Module 2: New Code Continue & Begin® Coaching

Managers will learn key skills to help them effectively coach and develop their teams for improved behavioural and process performance.

Module 3: Bespoke BMS® analysis

You will analyse your dealerships’ historic mystery shopping performance integrating real data as part of the workshop.

WHY INVEST IN THIS WORKSHOP?

To ensure you stay ahead of the competition

PiP is the largest automotive supplier of mystery shopping services in the UK; over 60% of UK manufacturers measure BMS® within their mystery shop programme

PiP master trainer will deliver your workshop

PiP trainers are extremely knowledgeable in BMS® and the New Code C&B® methodology. Along with their expert knowledge in mystery shop, they will be able to educate dealership staff and provide the tools they need to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

No requirement to leave the dealership

Training workshops will be delivered directly to staff at the dealership. This removes barriers often associated with training such as the need to source additional staff and overhead costs.

Facility to configure your workshop to fit dealer requirements

PiP has designed three core modules to be delivered at dealership level. Dealers have the ability to pick and choose the modules delivered to ensure the content delivered is relevant to their needs.

Ability to receive in-depth insights into dealership performance

PiP’s optional bespoke module drills down into the dealers’ historic mystery shop performance. Through careful analysis PiP will provide key guidance and actions to show how to improve BMS® performance.

Managers will receive core coaching skills from the New Code C&B® methodology

New Code Continue & Begin Fast Coaching® is an established coaching methodology that is utilised by major brands throughout the UK. Managers will understand how to make careful use of language to promote change within the individual.

Cost-effective way of educating staff in BMS® to drive dealer performance

BMS® is a key component that dealers are measured against within mystery shop. PiP’s workshops are an effective way to deliver a consistent message around service to all dealership staff involved.

PiP is approaching a 20-year milestone in the mystery shopping industry and has extensive experience working with the automotive sector to drive customer service improvement. If you would like to find out more about PiP’s in-dealer training and coaching support, contact us directly.
