PiP Prepare for Best Companies to Work For 2018!

Friday 10th November 2017

It’s that time of year again! Performance in People (PiP) has recently submitted their application for Best Companies to Work For 2018! Not only are we hoping to maintain the highest 3* accreditation, we would be thrilled if we can make it into the Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work For, for the second year running!

Best Companies requires all employees to fill out an anonymous survey to discover how employees truly feel about the organisation and the leader. Separate to this, PiP fills out an in-depth report consisting of many questions that delve deep into the core of the business. Here we are able to express what we do to improve workplace satisfaction in a lively team environment. Best Companies measure responses against the 8 factors of workplace engagement which are:

  1. My Manager
  2. Leadership
  3. My Company
  4. Personal Growth
  5. My Team
  6. Wellbeing
  7. Fair Deal
  8. Giving Something Back

Last year PiP were fortunate enough to appear at place 47 in the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work For in the UK; we are continually looking at ways to improve the workplace and employee satisfaction. From monthly birthday celebrations to gym membership contributions and regular social events, we work hard to create an atmosphere that is enjoyable for all staff.  Managing Director at PiP commented,

“Having achieved our first listing in The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work For last year has focused everyone at PiP into considering how collectively we can continue striving to make PiP an even better place to work. Achieving a top 100 listing for the second year in row is really important to show last year wasn’t just a fluke!”
