PiP Celebrate their 18th Birthday!

Performance in People (PiP) are starting 2018 with a celebration! We are delighted to be celebrating our 18th birthday today at HQ! Since our formation in 2000, we’ve been working hard to become the UK’s leading mystery shopping supplier, working with world-class brands in multiple industries to improve customer service experience. Starting with a measly 3 employees, we now have now over 90 head office staff and counting! See below for a few of our highlights so far…

2000     PiP founded by Mike Dalloz with only three members of staff
       
2003     First £1 Million Turnover
       
2004     PiP’s Internal Management System was built
       
2005     PiP’s first Investor in People Accreditation
       
2006     PiP awarded Vauxhall Mystery Shop programme
       
2009     PiP moved to the Observatory
       
2015     Achieved Two Star Best Companies To Work For Award
       
2016     Mike Dalloz stars as a judge on BBC2’s Phone Shop Idol
       
2017     PiP achieves 3* Best Companies To Work For (highest accreditation) as well as being ranked 47 in the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work For!
