Meet the newest members of the PiP family!

Wednesday 27th March 2019

Performance in People (PiP) has continued to grow over the last 6 months and is delighted to introduce you to the newest members of the PiP family!

Emily Lloyd – VMS Co-ordinator

Emily joined PiP in December 2018 and is a Visual Programme Co-ordinator. Emily is responsible for end to end delivery of our video mystery shop programmes; she ensures all programmes are run on time and completed to the highest of quality. As part of the role, Emily liaises with both our clients and mystery shoppers to deliver our high-quality programmes, whilst helping the Quality Controllers in their roles.

Did you know, Emily has two guinea pigs called Milo and Munch.

Stacey Downer & Vicky Laidler – Visual Quality Controllers

Stacey and Vicky both joined PiP in February 2019 and are Visual Quality Controllers. They are responsible for watching the video mystery shop footage, ensuring assessors scoring is correctly marked against the clients’ questionnaire and the output is of the highest quality (e.g. in terms of sound, picture, framing and brief compliance). Once quality controlled, the footage and completed questionnaire is uploaded onto PiP’s online reporting platform, ‘RESPONSE’ where clients can access and review before coaching their teams.

Did you know, Stacey has travelled across America from Orlando to San Francisco and Vicky was an extra in Crimewatch and played in a re-enactment of a crime!

Chloe Cree – Administration Apprentice in the Specialist Programme Team

Chloe joined PiP in March 2019 as an Administration Apprentice and works within the Specialist Programme Team that managed the Audio, Audit, Report-based and Email Mystery Shopping Programmes. Chloe’s role involves helping to support the administration processes that occurs with managing these four different products. These processes include supporting programme setups, the general running of the programmes and providing mystery shopper guidance. By the end of Chloe’s apprenticeship, she will be multi-skilled across all our products!

Did you know, Chloe collects coins as a hobby.

Caitlin Evans – Telephone Quality Controller

Caitlin joined PiP in March 2019 as a Telephone Quality Controller. Similarly, to the Visual Quality Controller role, Caitlin is responsible for listening to mystery shop phone calls and scoring them against the clients’ questionnaire. Again, like the Visual Quality Controllers, output needs be the highest quality (e.g. sound, credibility and brief compliance). Once these calls are quality controlled, they too are uploaded onto ‘RESPONSE’.

Did you know, Catilin cycled across the golden gate bridge in San Francisco!
