Introducing the new Visual Insights Team at PiP HQ!

Wednesday 7th August 2019

Performance in People (PiP) is excited to share with you we have developed a brand-new Visual Insights Team at HQ! The new Visual Insights Team is responsible for providing clients with key performance insights including statistics, trends, video/audio compilations and managing pilot projects.

The Visual Insights Team is designed so that each member within the team manages their own individual clients for both video compilations and client reporting. This provides a great opportunity for them to fully immerse themselves and understand the client’s programme.  They work closely with the Account Directors at PiP to ensure they are well prepared for client meetings by providing them with video compilations and insight reports. Video compilations are a really powerful way for us to provide an overview of the client’s video mystery shop programme and highlight key areas of performance across the clients’ network. The reports summarise key insights of performance from the clients’ mystery shop programme showing statistics, trends and key benchmarking data, comparing their performance to the wider industry sector. Finally, the team supports the sales teams’ pilot projects; they create compelling video compilations for prospective client’s by using video footage from their trial video mystery shop programme.
