Performance in People - Mystery Shopping

Be a Video Mystery Shopper and get paid to better Customer Experience!

Wednesday 30th January 2019

Due to exponential growth, Performance in People (PiP) is seeking more video mystery shoppers to join their assessor base and monitor customer experience throughout the UK. PiP is always looking for reliable and honest people to perform assignments for our wide variety of clients in retail, automotive and hospitality sectors.

A mystery shopper will pose as a genuine customer and monitor their entire shopping experience using a covert video camera. Mystery shoppers can expect to visit a variety of stores and travel to different locations. In order to qualify, the mystery shopper will be required to purchase their own covert filming equipment of the required standard (which can be purchased through our retail website). PiP is able to offer a special discounted price on the covert camera equipment once the mystery shopper has completed an application form. A mentoring day with an experienced assessor is also included in the price of the EVO2U and BU20U bundle.
