2018 Highlights at PiP

Now that the Christmas festivities have come to an end, the New Year has begun, and PiP is reflecting on what a fantastic year 2018 has been.

The year started off celebrating PiP’s 18th birthday! PiP has been supporting world-class brands since 2000 to improve customer experience.  

FUNDRAISING

Throughout 2018 PiP has raised a fantastic grand total of £1,850.00 for several charitable causes. PiP completed the gruelling 12-mile Tough Mudder assault course in memory of two people close to our hearts, Caleb Smith and Tim Morris. We also got dressed up in our favourite pink items in support of Breast Cancer NOW, ran a number of Pudsey Games for Children in Need and wore a woolly on Christmas Jumper Day for Save the Children.

CLIENT

2018 has also been a very busy and successful year with our clients:

PiP welcomed Ford UK to the family as we started working with them on a comprehensive mystery shopping programme.
   
Renault UK saw the benefits of introducing handover mystery shopping into their existing video mystery shopping programme.
   
FatFace had huge success from investing heavily in a new customer experience programme using a combination of different approaches. So much so, FatFace stole top spot in Drapers Secret Shopper Survey.
   
Audi UK were successful in attaining 1st Place in PiP’s quarterly BMS® competition during Q3.
   
PiP’s annual Customer Experience event was held at Cheltenham Racecourse and attracted over 100 customer experience professionals. 
   
PiP held two very successful Programme Support Taster workshops in April and October to showcase their training packages, designed to support existing mystery shopping programmes.  

STAFF

PiP were awarded 3* Best Companies for the 2nd year in a row and remained in the Sunday Times top 100 Best Small Companies to Work For. Alongside this, PiP was recognised as one of the Best Companies to Work for in the South East. PiP invest heavily in the job satisfaction and making it a great place to work through company events such as PiP Taskmaster, Doug’s Tavern and so much more! Last year PiP also celebrated 8 members of staff who reached over 10 years’ service working with PiP. Lastly, they had a great game of rounders and a BBQ in the sunshine and welcomed  3 PiP babies to the world!

PRODUCTS & TEAMS

PiP has re-branded two teams at HQ: The Customer Mystery Shopping Team and the Specialist Programme Team. In addition, 2018 has also seen the development of new products:

As you can see, 2018 has been a very busy and successful year for PiP. They celebrated in true style at their very own PiP Snowball as a way to say well done and thank you to all staff in the business. PiP is very excited to see what the New Year brings and wish you all a happy and prosperous 2019!
