Staff Consultation

In any retail or service sector environment it is customer - facing staff that implements your strategies at the sharp end. Employees will usually give their thoughts willingly and engage in the process of change - if they are consulted!

PiP will manage the operation for you from start to finish and offer your employees the security to respond freely, safe in the knowledge that their comments and observations will remain confidential. Key to success ALWAYS is independence, anonymity and complete confidentiality for respondents.

Collecting Staff Survey Data

PiP can facilitate on-line responses from your employees, by telephone or use traditional 'form & envelope' campaigns, dependant on your preference. Responses should always be returned to PiP direct.

Service Validity

PiP research surveys are facilitated by experienced research professionals utilising state-of-the-art software to enable data manipulation and cross tabulation. We will inform you of data findings and offer advice on the significance of specific information sets.

For the Technically Minded

We use our bespoke data analysis software Response at PiP to collate and evaluate data. Typically confidence intervals are targeted at + / - 4% as standard, with confidence levels of 95%. Specific parameters are calculated for each project, subject to population size, and will always meet recognised good practise criteria.
