EFQM Excellence Model Assessments

Our auditing team includes experienced EFQM assessors. The EFQM Excellence Model is an internationally recognised framework of measures that helps organisations establish the extent to which they exhibit 'excellence' across 9 primary business functions.

The key to success in Excellence Model assessment is to engage a diagonal cross section of colleagues in the measurement and change process. PiP specialist assessors will introduce the Model to your senior team, educate and inform your staff team and then begin the (joint) process of evidence gathering to establish the extent of 'excellence' within your organisation. Findings from the process inform management decision making on process and where necessary, organisational change.
