Our auditors and assessors are bound by strict and comprehensive confidentially agreements.
Assessments and surveys are carried out by post, over the telephone, in person, via a database website or in the case of audits, typically on-site at our clients' premises using criteria and standards from internally derived procedures or process requirements. Where necessary, we can assist in the development of standards, procedures or processes to establish a framework for audit, assessment or certification reviews.
