Performance in People is committed to a continuous investment programme in technological development to enhance our mystery shopping, research, training & coaching services.
RESPONSE is our online suite of software reporting tools that deciphers the data collected from our mystery shopping and research programs, into easy-access visual management reports.
RESPONSE is accessible online, without the need to download specific software. This allows our clients to access their programme data from any internet connected PC. The facility provides encryption security and a single log-on procedure allowing individuals to have varying levels of access depending on their level of authorisation. This ensures that data is made available to selected online users.
RESPONSE has been designed to decipher data collected through our mystery shopping and research programs, and deliver instant reporting in graphic form. Reports are available, suitably filtered for local operational, middle management and senior strategic levels.
Our unique programme tracking facility links directly to our internal operations allowing clients to monitor the progression of each mystery shopping programme, by reporting on the precise status of each mystery shopping evaluation.
RESPONSE is also capable of conducting additional analysis using client-specified cross tabulated data. Trend analysis is simple and helps management decision making. This reporting facility can provide downloaded raw data into Microsoft Excel format to allow further integration into your own reporting format.
CONTINUOUS INVESTMENT in technology extends to our video mystery shopping programs. Our undetectable body-worn cameras are professionally customised for the sole use of Performance in People. Our cameras maximise subject framing, digital picture and sound quality. We have a state of the art in-house digital editing suite with broadcast quality editing software, to design and deliver compilation films and training and corporate video material.
Our recorded telephone mystery shopping programs and customer research use the latest digital hard-disk recording systems with advanced editing capabilities, delivering the highest quality call recordings for online review, or if requested, on CD. Our clients may download or listen to MP3 recordings of telephone calls made as part of a telephone mystery shopping or customer research programme.
Email mystery shopping and Internet mystery shopping data sets are equally simple to view and evaluate online.
